"Spinning Out" is a gentle sculpture exploring through mysterious metaphor, leaving the constraints of the real world behind. It's a sculpture which has naturally evolved through playing with different possibilities and permutations. It features three figures towering over a powerfully rotund horse, the upper 2 figures free to spin and choose their composition. A simple sculpture designed to raise a smile, pleasantly serious and yet equally light hearted. As with most of my work the ideas evolve and emerge through practice and contemplation over time,  feelings plucked from the ether in the living of life, art which upon reflection opens up memories and new ways of seeing. The sculpture, a hand painted ceramic is mounted on a  marble base, it stands at a height of 92cm, length 36cm and depth 19cm. The sculpture will require a modest amount of home assembly.
